Focal Activities and Re-Entrant Propagations as Mechanisms of Gastric Tachyarrhythmias.
Gastroenterology, 135, 1601-1611, 2008
The following thumbnails provide the links to play and download several animations. These animations display the propagation of the slow waves during several types of gastric arrhythmias. Each map animation corresponds to a figure or a panel in the manuscript. The animations at the left display only the propagation map, those at the right present the animated maps together with the corresponding electrograms.
The animations are presented in Quicktime format. The Quicktime files can be played with QuickTime player. The zip files also contain the movies which can be downloaded and "unzipped". Downloading time is very much dependent on the type of connection you have with internet (for example; ISDN line will download in a few seconds; a 56K modem will take longer).
